WHY WE BAKE
Born from a simple annoyance.
Coffee shops treat food as an afterthought — largely frozen, rarely fresh. We set out to prove a café could do better, even in 200 square feet. Then a stopover in Malaysia turned into an apprenticeship in sourdough, and the conviction found its flagship: our line of 48-hour slow-fermented breads, baked at our own kitchen.
Slow fermentation isn't a gimmick: it builds flavor, texture, and digestibility that fast bread can't. Our guests agree — sourdough is our best-selling product online.
